[07 Apr 2007|10:55am] [ mood | creative ] Ahhhh, once again, it's been a while. Spuhring buhreak has been nice, of course. My original plan was to get all the work done in the first 3 or 4 days, but then I realized how foolish that would be. One needs time to relax and have fun with excellent people [and get sunburned! hahaha] during the days right after school ends! And besides, the Passover holiday, which also involves having people over for meals or constantly being invited to other peoples' homes for meals, doesn't leave much room for concentration on homework. But I've been managing it well, and I honestly don't really care as long as I don't save anything for the night before. Besides, Friends and Food > Mr. Hall Oh yeah, and working on the math club scrapbook is an excellent excuse to not do my real homework. In general I've been waking up early all by myself, so the first thing I do is watch an episode of House [my mom's been ordering the season DVDs from Netflix.] I like starting the day that way. I don't know if I'll be accomplishing my goal of reading one book for leisure, especially since I haven't yet purchased Waiting for Godot. But I've started making a summer reading list for myself yay. ( Go dog, go ) and HAPPY BIRTHDAY ARIANA and everything becomes apparent 13 *Ivory Towers::.|.::Plunge in to Oblivion*

[22 Feb 2007|05:39pm] [ mood | accomplished ] Well these past couple weeks have been trying and tiring, yet good things have been gained. 1) Everyone's alive 2) I think I might have some slight idea of what I want to do for EE (I don't even have an advisor yet) 3) THESE TURNED UP! These are the amazing 70's/80's style emo glasses that I had in 7th and 8th grade and then...they mysteriously disappeared. I was convinced that I accidentally threw them out into the garbage can along with popcorn at a movie theater, but I guess the truth was that they got left in some sort of backpack suitcase thing that no one has looked in for 2 and a half years. I am ecstatic! Oh and that thing behind it in the picture is a goat vertebrae that I found on a mountain in Israel. 4) The Hall test didn't mutilate me 5) Art show was successful! Pictures to come, eventually. 6) I think I found another movie obsession, so POTC doesn't just stand alone anymore...but we have to wait and see if it wears off 7) Temporarily driving to school brings me lovely notes in the windshield wipers 8) I'm seeing TVOTR with a stats pwner!!!!!!!1111oneoneoenoenoeneeleveneleven ♥ 10 *Ivory Towers::.|.::Plunge in to Oblivion*
